2 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 can chicken gumbo soup
1 Tbsp. chili powder
3/4 C. ketchup
1 Tbsp. yellow mustard
Brown ground beef and chopped onion until beef is no longer pink. Drain excess grease. Add additional ingredients and let simmer for up to 2 hours. Serve on buns. Makes 12-16 servings.
